Stellar Airpark is a privately owned, public use airport surrounded by custom homes, businesses and commercial properties. The airport is owned and operated by the “Stellar Runway Utilizers Association”, a non profit corporation. Use of the airport by the public is conditional, and thus subject to compliance with all the current rules and regulations.
