Stellar Airpark is a privately owned, public use airport surrounded by custom homes, businesses and commercial properties. The airport is owned and operated by the “Stellar Runway Utilizers Association”, a non profit corporation. Use of the airport by the public is conditional, and thus subject to compliance with all the current rules and regulations.

Stellar Airpark (FAA LID: P19) is a airport for businesses, commercial, and residential properties, located three miles (5 km) west of the business district of Chandler.  Chandler is a city in Maricopa County, Arizona, of the United States.

The Stellar Airpark Runway is surrounded by a private residential custom homes airpark area and the amenities inherent in a well run privately owned airport.
 
Stellar Airpark covers a geographical area of approximately 200 acres 
which contains one asphalt paved runway (17/35) measuring 3,913 x 60 ft (1,193 x 18 m).
For the 12-month period ending July 31, 2005, the Stellar Airport had 39,000 aircraft operations; an average of 106 per day, all of which were general aviation.
